At Crystals Wholesale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion accessories. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the jewelry or accessories in their original branded boxes and include the printed return slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
