Do you offer tiered wholesale pricing?
Absolutely. Our pricing is structured to support growing businesses. Discounts are automatically applied at checkout based on volume: 10% off orders over $500, and 20% off orders exceeding $1,500.
How long does international shipping take?
Standard international shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. We also offer express courier services via DHL and FedEx which deliver within 3-5 business days to most global locations.
What is your return policy for wholesale orders?
We accept returns on defective or damaged items within 15 days of delivery. Due to the nature of wholesale pricing, we do not accept returns for 'change of mind' once the bulk seal is broken.
Can I request custom jewelry designs for my boutique?
Yes, we offer OEM and custom design services for orders meeting our minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 50 pieces per design. Please contact our design team with your sketches or specifications.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers (T/T). For established high-volume partners, we also offer net-30 payment terms subject to credit approval.
